We may also use your personal and sensitive information for secondary purposes closely related to the primary purpose, in circumstances where you would reasonably expect such use or disclosure.

  • you or another person on your behalf (including your healthcare service providers and/or any Practice if you are a patient, or your employer if you are a healthcare service provider) provides it to us or enters it into our Services;
  • medical documents are sent to a healthcare service provider involved in your care using our Services;

6. Overseas Recipients

We do not share your personal information with third parties outside of Australia (Overseas Recipients). We will notify you if our practices ever change in this regard.
